Before Placing Your Order

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $45. For orders under $45, shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase and it will calculated after you confirm your shipping address. please kindly find shipping rates here


How long is the shipping? Where do you ship?

We ship from Vancouver, Canada. We take 1-2 business days to handle your order + 3-4 business days to ship. For older iPhone models or custom-made orders, it takes 6 business days to handcraft + 6-8 business days to ship.


What is it made of? What does it feel like?

The Techypop® cases are made of polymer clay. Our case feels like soft silicone but harder, but not as hard as plastic. The softness can absorb shock when hit to the ground.


Do Techypop® cases protect my iPhone?

Yes, the texture of polymer clay forms a thick layer of protection. This layer absorbs shock and damage if drops or crushes into a sharp corner. Techypop® cases also wrap all corners of your device.


Is it gift-wrapped? Can I get a card with it?

Yes, all of Techypop® products include gift wrapping. You don't need to pay extra for gift wrapping. BUT, unfortunatly we currently don't provide any card :(


What iPhone models do you provide?

Apple iPhone: iPhone 7/8, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone SE (2nd Gen), iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone SE (3rd Gen).

If you own a phone with a different brand, feel free to choose "OTHER" in the model selection and leave your phone model in the "note" section when you proceed to checkout.  


What AirPods models do you provide?

Apple AirPods: AirPods 1/2, AirPods Pro, AirPods 3. 


What AirTag models do you provide?

There's just one model of AirTag which was released in 2021. 


What if I don’t have an iPhone and still want to purchase your product? 

If you own a phone with a different brand, feel free to choose "OTHER" in the model selection and leave your phone model in the "note" section when you proceed to checkout. However, we will have to customize your order. The handcrafting time will take 6 business days.

What is the status of my order?

Your parcel is carried by USPS. You can keep track of your order at any time by visiting here 

Please note: TP XXXX is your order number. Your tracking number is a super duper long number that has 22 numbers.    


I need help with a late order.

Orders from our store vary by shipping location

My tracking number isn't working.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.  


Delivered, but not delivered

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.


Modifying or changing an order

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment:
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard
Debit Cards: We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.
PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.  


How secure is my payment?

We take your security very seriously by verifying each transaction with the credit company and processing only those orders if the credit company so authorizes it. In the case of a suspicious or declined transaction, our company may contact you to confirm the validity and ensure your identity or cancel that order with full notification.

On credit/debit cards, CVV verification is required before any order can be completed. Additionally, most credit cards and Paypal offer buyer protection for online purchases. Please contact them directly for specific details as it may vary from one financial institution to another.
Our website protects your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input at 128-bit strength. This is often symbolized on most web-browsers by a small padlock appearing on the bottom bar of the window and the address of the window changing from https:// to https://, meaning a secure connection. In the event that an order cannot be completed, please contact our Customer Service. If our website cannot establish a secure connection, we will not risk your confidential information (it will not be transmitted).  


Is my credit/debit card charged as soon as I order a product?

Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.


After Getting the Product

How do I maintain the case in its best shape?

All of the Techypop® cases are 100% handmade from scratch. The paint might fade a little from time to time. To protect and lengthen the case's life, you can paint a very thin layer of clear nail polish onto the case.

Can I customize the eyes? 

Currently, we don't take customized looks for all of the Techypop® products. 


How come it doesn’t glow in the dark anymore?

The eyes sometimes lose their glow when it's placed in a dark place for too long. Please put in under strong light such as a flashlight, or right next to the lightbulb for 1-2 minutes. It will glow in the dark again after absorbing enough light. Be careful not to burn or heat up the clay, it will melt.
