What is Alcantara? What does the case feel like?

Alcantara is the suede-like material used to line the interiors of supercars — steering wheels, seats, dashboards. It’s soft and matte, with a slight grip to it, and it warms to your hand instead of staying cold and slick like plastic or glass. If you’ve only used silicone or hard-shell cases, this is a different category of feel.

Is it bulky?

No. This is the slim end of our catalog. It adds almost nothing to your phone’s profile and slides into a pocket easily — the opposite of our sculpted cases, which are meant to be noticed by touch.

Does it protect my phone?

Yes. Each case has a two-layer structure — an Alcantara outer over a TPU inner frame — giving full 360° coverage. The raised frame shields the screen and camera when your phone lands face-down, and the four corners are built with air-cushion pockets to absorb impact where drops usually do damage.

Does it work with wireless charging and MagSafe?

Wireless charging works with the case on — no need to remove anything. MagSafe attaches securely with the case on.

Which iPhone models does it fit?

iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series, with cutouts machined for each specific model — buttons, speakers, sensors, and camera array all line up exactly.

Is it hard to put on or take off?

No. It goes on and comes off in about fifteen seconds, with no tools and no force.

How do I clean it?

Alcantara is easy to care for, but it isn’t leather and it isn’t fabric — treat it its own way:

• Brush gently with a soft dry brush to lift dust and restore the nap
• Blot spills right away rather than rubbing them in
• For marks, use a barely damp cloth with a drop of mild soap, then let it air dry
• Skip alcohol, solvents, and anything abrasive
• Don’t soak it or run it under a tap

Will it wear out or go shiny?

Alcantara is oil-resistant, dirt-resistant, and doesn’t hold fingerprints, which is a large part of why supercar interiors use it. With heavy daily handling, the nap can flatten and darken slightly at the points you grip most — that’s normal for the material, and brushing it restores most of the texture.
