About LumiBow™
What is LumiBow™?
LumiBow™ is a glossy satin bow-shaped MagSafe phone grip with a crystal gem at its center. It snaps to the back of your phone and gives you something to hook a finger through — a grip that looks like jewelry instead of hardware.
What colorways are available?
Four: Rosé Riot (pink), Midnight Bow (black), Frost Whisper (blue), and Pearl Ghost (white).
Compatibility & Fit
Which phones is LumiBow™ compatible with?
LumiBow™ works with iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series only. Earlier iPhones and Android phones don’t have the built-in magnet ring LumiBow™ needs.
Can I use it on a case, or does it have to go on a bare phone?
Both — as long as your case is MagSafe-compatible. Thick cases, wallet cases, or non-MagSafe cases will weaken the hold significantly.
Can I move it between phones?
Yes. LumiBow™ holds on magnetically — the magnet is built into the back of the bow, so there’s no adhesive and never any residue. Lift it off one phone and snap it onto another as many times as you like.
Using LumiBow™
How strong is the hold?
LumiBow™ holds securely for everyday one-handed use. We don’t recommend relying on it for overhead shots or while moving fast — it’s a grip, not a mount.
Can I still charge wirelessly with LumiBow™ on?
No — LumiBow™ sits directly over your phone’s wireless charging coil, so it blocks it. Just lift LumiBow™ off before you set your phone down to charge, then snap it back on afterward. It detaches and re-attaches as many times as you like, so this takes about a second. Charging by cable isn’t affected.
Can I use my MagSafe wallet or car mount with it?
LumiBow™ occupies the magnet ring, so it can’t be used at the same time as another MagSafe accessory in the same spot. It lifts off in a second when you need to swap.
Care
How do I clean it?
Dab gently with a barely damp cloth and let it air dry. Don’t soak it, don’t machine wash it, and keep liquid away from the crystal setting.
Gifting
Is it gift-wrapped? Can I get a card with it?
It arrives ready to give. Every LumiBow™ comes in an iridescent display box with a clear window, so the bow is the first thing anyone sees — no wrapping needed, nothing extra to pay. We don’t offer cards yet, so the note is yours to write.
Shipping, Cancellation & Returns
How much is it, and do you ship worldwide?
LumiBow™ is $49 USD with free worldwide shipping.
Do you ship worldwide? What does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on orders of $45 and up — which covers every case and every LumiBow™ on its own. Orders under $45 have a flat $5 shipping fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — email service@techypop.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. After 24 hours your order may already be in production, so we can’t guarantee a cancellation.
How do I return something?
Email service@techypop.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label. You don’t pay to ship it back.
Is there anything you can’t accept back?
Returns need to come back in resellable condition, and that includes the packaging. Please open your parcel gently and hold onto the box. If the packaging comes back damaged to the point where we can’t sell the piece again, we won’t be able to accept the return.
